Shipping policy

If your order is addressed to and going directly to a blind or visually impaired person, we can send for free using the Royal Mail Articles for the Blind scheme.

If the order is not addressed to a blind or visually impaired person then we will send 1st Class Royal Mail.

All orders, unless corporate or otherwise stated on the individual listing, will be ready to post in 2 - 4 working days (weekends excluded.)

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, please contact me at hayley@dottyaboutbraille.com with your order number and full address.

International Customers

To ensure all taxes are collected and submitted correctly, please can I ask all international customers to order via our Etsy shop, don’t worry you’ll still pay the same price!
