With Christmas fast approaching, I'm now unable to guarantee delivery in time for Christmas, unless Special Delivery has been chosen at checkout (UK only.) My last day for posting orders is Friday 19th December. Orders placed after 1pm that day will be posted in January.

All our are products are designed for blind and visually impaired users and therefore qualify for the Articles for the Blind scheme (UK only) - this is the equivalent of Royal Mail 1st Class.

International orders are sent Royal Mail Tracked.

International customers, please be aware your country may charge customs and taxes that are beyond my control. US orders are sent DDP so you will be charged the tariff upfront and not on delivery.
